The AffPixel service is provided by Cao Cu Quoc Cuong. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who is responsible for all refund requests.
1. Free trial
You can use the Free plan (300 postbacks / month) indefinitely without a credit card to evaluate the service before upgrading.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plans: if you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a 100% refund within 14 days from the date of the first payment — applies to the monthly plan (0/month), 6-month plan (02), and annual plan (80).
After 14 days, payments made are non-refundable. You can cancel the plan at any time to avoid being charged for the next cycle and continue using it until the end of the paid cycle.
3. Refund request process
Refund requests are processed by Paddle. The fastest way is to visit paddle.net and log in with the email you used for payment, then select the transaction and request a refund. You can also contact Paddle's support team directly via paddle.net.
