Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AffPixel service ("Service") provided by Cao Cu Quoc Cuong trading under the name "AffPixel".

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

AffPixel provides tools to receive postbacks from affiliate networks and forward them to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API).

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the security of your account password and token.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering and update it when changes occur.
  • One account is for a single individual or business only.

4. Permitted use

You agree NOT to:

  • Send fraudulent conversion data to deceive advertising platforms.
  • Violate policies of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or affiliate networks.
  • Attack, scan for vulnerabilities, scrape, or overload the system.
  • Copy, redistribute, decompile, or exploit the source code / content of the Service.
  • Use the service for illegal purposes.

5. Intellectual property rights

The entire Service, including source code, interface, documentation, "AffPixel" trademark, logo, and all related content, is owned by Cao Cu Quoc Cuong and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the scope of your subscribed plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Service plans and payment

  • Free Plan: 300 postbacks / month, no credit card required.
  • Pro Plan: 0 / month, 02 / 6 months, or 80 / year — unlimited postbacks.
  • Plans automatically renew until you cancel in Settings.

Merchant of Record: The order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds. Payment terms, billing cycles, plan cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms

8. Suspension & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of: material breach of terms, non-payment, security / fraud risks, or repeated / serious policy violations. You can cancel your account at any time in Settings.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of continuity or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including lost advertising revenue, lost data, or banned ad accounts. Our total financial liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

11. Compliance with ad platform policies

When using AffPixel with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or any other ad platform, you agree to comply with that platform's policies, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads policies on misrepresentation, cloaking, and destination requirements.
  • Policies on malware, unwanted software, and prohibited or restricted content.
  • The EU User Consent Policy and any data protection rules applicable to your landing pages.
  • The platform's terms of service and API terms when you connect an ad account to AffPixel.

12. Rules for click tracking links

AffPixel tracking links are designed to be transparent: a single 302 redirect to the destination you registered. You must not:

  • Cloak: show one destination to an ad platform's review systems and a different one to real users.
  • Insert interstitials, ads, pop-ups, automatic downloads, or third-party code into the redirect flow.
  • Point links to illegal, fraudulent, phishing, malware, or platform-prohibited content.
  • Change the destination after ad approval in a way that materially differs from what the ad promised.
  • Generate fake, automated, or incentivized clicks (invalid traffic).

We may immediately disable any link or account that violates this section, and may respond to legitimate investigation requests from ad platforms.

13. Data processing roles

For end-user data arising from your campaigns, you are the data controller and AffPixel acts as a processor following your instructions. You are responsible for the legal basis, privacy notices, and obtaining valid consent before sending data to us or to any ad platform. You agree not to send us sensitive data or un-hashed personally identifiable information.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, fines, or costs arising from your breach of ad platform policies, data protection laws, or the tracking-link rules above.
